You are responsible for providing the foundation for our growth: Your primary task and goal are the generation of leads for our sales executives through different channels. These include: Content Marketing creation: Brief and manage our external writers for whitepapers, guides and Blog posts and manage the constant flow of content in order to generate brand awareness and new contacts for the funnel. SEA: Manage and optimize our google ads account by defining bid strategies, ad-groups and keywords as well as the corresponding landing pages. Through this you will maximize Sales Qualified Leads while optimizing Cost per Lead (supported by our external agency and our SEA experts from Paris). SEO: Optimize our website content to increase the flow of organic leads. Manage and organize events (currently mostly online-webinars) as an additional instrument for lead generation. Create impactful 360 marketing campaigns, combining all our lead-gen instruments. Support our BDR team by target group selection and communication strategies. Manage our Marketing Automation workflows in Hubspot to convert leads coming through our content creation activity. You own the budget and are responsible for the whole outcome for the DACH marketing. Direct reporting to the Branch Director DACH and dotted line reporting to the Global Head of Marketing in Paris.
Digital Marketing Expert: You have good experience in lead generation ( quality content creation and SEA / SEO) in the B2B segment. Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus At least 3 years experience in B2B Marketing Good understanding of how business decision makers perceive content and how to communicate efficiently through the various channels with qualitative and meaningful messages Analytical, detail oriented and creative Familiar with terminology, workflows, best practices of lean-gen processes Target oriented, well organized, and structured + ability to handle multiple projects Written and spoken languages: German: Native; English: Business fluent
