Supply Chain Quality Engineer - PCA (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging PCBAs throughout the outsourced supply chain
Auditing and development of printed circuit board PCBA suppliers in accordance with Advantest's quality and technology requirements
Development and implementation of strategies for continuous process monitoring of outsourced PCBA manufacturing with the aim of consistently receiving and delivering the highest quality products
Drives resolution of technical issues on PCBA-level at and with our EMS providers
Develops, maintains and shares expertise of PCBA-design, PCBA-production and automated test of PCBAs
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's, master's, or university degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, materials science, physics, or a comparable field
In-depth knowledge of PCBA design, manufacturing, and testing, acquired through relevant professional experience; ideally certified IPC A-600 and IPC A-610 specialist
Excellent analytical skills in solving technical problems, including remotely and with partners
Experience with supplier development and supplier audits in the EMS sector, ideally certified as process auditor acc. VDA 6.3
Strong team spirit and ability to work in an intercultural environment, strong self-management, coordination and communication skills
Fluent English language skills
Ability to travel 5-20% of the time
