PLM Windchill Specialist (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Own and support the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle (development, configuration, and maintenance)
Contribute to PLM upgrade initiatives (e.g., Windchill version upgrades)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into PLM solutions
Configure and customize PLM workflows, lifecycles, and data models
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for implementation and issue resolution
Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
Provide user support, training, and documentation
Qualifikationen:
Required Skills & Experience
5-7 years of experience in PLM domain
Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill cloud hosting (preferred)
Strong understanding of PLM concepts: BOM, Change Management, CAD integrations
Experience with system upgrades, migration, or cloud transformation is a plus
Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or scripting (for customization)
Familiarity with database systems (Oracle preferred)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Nice to Have
Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
Experience working in global teams
Soft Skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Ability to work independently and drive topics
Structured thinking with a problem-solving mindset
