(Senior) Brand Manager EMEA
You are responsible for the development and implementation of the regional marketing strategy for the assigned aesthetic injectables brand of the Merz Aesthetic portfolio to achieve business goals and objectives. You are in charge for the rollout and region-specific development of integrated brand activation strategies for respective key stakeholders (HCPs and patients) including international brand campaigns, new launches, marketing materials, brand PR activation and digital brand initiatives. In addition, you will closely collaborate with the Medical Affairs team to develop customer education plans and materials, such as trainings and webinars. You collect and analyze consumer, competition and market data to create recommendations for the category to achieve market share and sales. You will work in close collaboration with the local teams to understand the insights and needs for translation into the marketing plan. You will lead and identify future growth opportunities and introduce innovative approaches to all aspects of respective brand activation. Working very closely with the global marketing departments and provides relevant inputs regarding the EMEA region into the global strategic marketing planning and innovation pipeline. In close coordination and communication with the local markets, you ensure that the local market needs are met, to foster an effective implementation of the EMEA marketing and activation strategy, best practices sharing / centers of excellance and a unified approach across the region. You conduct regionwide KPI reporting for all initiatives and implementation of a performance driven mindset. You will be responsible for the sales data tracking and budget management for your assigned brand.
University degree in business administration, marketing, communications or comparable professional experience Previous experience within the FMCG, Beauty / Cosmetics or Medical Aesthetics / Pharmaceuticals industry Minimum of 3-5 years experience in (international) Brand Management / Marketing and budget planning, Campaign Development as well as project management skills are required Strong, result driven mindset with a bias to action and thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment Excellent communication skills (English is a must, German and any additional languages a plus)
