Supplier Data Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d)

Supplier Data Specification Governance: Define, document, and maintain the standardized Supplier Data Specification (data catalogue), including data definitions, acceptance criteria, frequency of exchange, and exception handling, ensuring alignment with Advantest's procurement and operational objectives Current-State Mapping and Gap Analysis: Lead the rapid assessment of existing supplier data flows, interfaces, and schemas to establish an «as-is» baseline, identify gaps against the defined specification, and drive a prioritized remediation plan Supplier Engagement and Data Stewardship: Establish and manage relationships with supplier data owners, implement alerting and escalation processes for data quality violations, and drive adherence to standards through governance forums and supplier scorecards Data Quality: Define and monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, timeliness, accuracy, conformance), integrate them into supplier performance scorecards, and act as the subject matter expert for implementing a Supplier Collaboration platform for supplier data exchange.
