You have completed a technical degree in information technology or electrical engineering At least several years professional experience around Product Management. Relevant subject areas are Business & IT Transformation, EAM, PPM or adjacent topics You have experience in leading global development teams, in transforming organizations and processes and have already taken over budget responsibility Articulate storyteller and presenter Experience working with large enterprise customers Experience of working in a fast paced and international environment Experience in managing and successfully completing various development projects in parallel Have a cooperative and result-oriented management style Strong communication skills paired with empathy, self-confident demeanour, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for working together in a team Familiarity with working in a matrix organization Willingness to travel internationally Business fluent language skills in English; German is a plus PREFERRED Enterprise Architecture Management or IT Portfolio Management domain experience, experience in the software product industry and/or experience in companies as CIO* / Head of Strategy* / Chief Enterprise Architect* / Head of CIO Office* (or Consulting background in EAM or ITPM) Experience or background in EAM or ITPM in a company as e. g. CIO* or CTO* Complete product cycle experience - from Idea to Commercialization success
