Our client Our client is a well renowned and successful international company providing services to engineering industries worldwide. For the Area headquarter, based in Hamburg, we are looking for a dedicated, analytical and communicative leader as Area Customer Service Manager / Leiter Kundenservice (m/w/d) Your tasks: Lead the administrative Customer Service team in 4 European locations with 5 direct reports and a total headcount of >30 employees. Be an integral part of the Management team Develop the team, install best-in-class processes and optimize the use of the existing structures and ERP environment to get the performance to the next level Full responsibility for the results, budget and KPIs of the customer service team, including regular reviews of the performance Deliver proactive customer service, address root causes and recommend potential solutions or alternatives and improvement opportunities Your profile: Completed bachelor education or higher, preferably in administrative, commercial or financial qualifications, or an equivalent education and experience At least 5 years of work experience in a service-oriented environment, ideally in a customer service management function High affinity to ERP systems, background in SAP BYD or similar environments, with experience in either implementation or optimization of the system. Ability to quickly adopt to new systems.
