Responsible for the day to day management of our customer`s European spine hardware customer service and distribution Responsible for the day to day management of sub contractors supporting customer service and distribution Acts as the liason between European sales/marketing and customer service/distribution Coordinate and execute physical audit activities to verify the accuracy of consigned inventory within Europe Regularly supports sales by assisting with new customer onboarding, pricing, and other applicable activities Responsible for building effective relationships and the highest level of customer service with all departments of our customer Responsible for budget development and management of actual spend Manage and update process documentation as necessary Coordinate cross functionally to help standardize and continuously improve the customer service and distribution functions Monitor the work output of customer service and distribution to ensure the highest performance to our customer`s customers Supports global inventory utilization initiatives Monitor the European distribution market and proactively propose changes necessary to meet market demands Conducts various financial analysis to demonstrate the ROI on improvement efforts

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for the day to day management of our customer`s European spine hardware customer service and distribution Responsible for the day to day management of sub contractors supporting customer service and distribution Acts as the liason between European sales/marketing and customer service/distribution Coordinate and execute physical audit activities to verify the accuracy of consigned inventory within Europe Regularly supports sales by assisting with new customer onboarding, pricing, and other applicable activities Responsible for building effective relationships and the highest level of customer service with all departments of our customer Responsible for budget development and management of actual spend Manage and update process documentation as necessary Coordinate cross functionally to help standardize and continuously improve the customer service and distribution functions Monitor the work output of customer service and distribution to ensure the highest performance to our customer`s customers Supports global inventory utilization initiatives Monitor the European distribution market and proactively propose changes necessary to meet market demands Conducts various financial analysis to demonstrate the ROI on improvement efforts EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED Bachelors degree in Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent education 5-10 years of work experience in healthcare distribution operations or related work environment Knowledge of international distribution with a minimum of 3 years in the European market KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Proficient in IT systems with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly Strong financial background Very good English skills, basic Dutch or German skills desirable Ability to work with minimal supervision in a production environment Willing to travel Good problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying types of audiences Ability to lead and participate in operations improvement projects Prior experience in the medical device industry preferred Prior experience with SAP ERP or another major ERP system preferred Jetzt bewerben
