Executive Manager Consumer Engagement (m/f/d) - Marketing International
Within Marketing International you will be in charge of the International Consumer Engagement team. The purpose of the Consumer Engagement team is To attract, retain and engage consumers to Dr. Oetker and its sub-brands as well as to maximize loyalty To deliver meaningful and consistent brand experiences that win minds and hearts of consumers at the right touchpoints and the right time To improve Marketing and Advertising Cost/Netsales Ratio by creating efficient and effective Engagement Strategies and frameworks for paid, owned and earned media. Your responsibility will be to drive and execute our Digital Marketing Transformation and the integrated consumer engagement -strategies and -activities for our Masterbrand and our international sub- brands in owned, earned and bought media. The contribution to a data- and tech-enabled integrated multichannel-perspective by conceptualizing and implementing targeting and precision-marketing-capabilities and respective tools belongs to your main responsibilities. You will champion insight grounded consumer journey mapping as the foundation for all brand activation. You will own and embed the IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) process for designing, developing and delivering consumer engagement. You will build a culture of innovation and experimentation in new ways to engage consumers. You will work closely with the Dr. Oetker affiliates as well as the markets and provide advice regarding the development of their digital competencies and activities.
You have a degree in economics or communication science and extensive years of professional experience in a marketing led and international environment. You have held managerial positions and bring strong leadership experience together with a proven business acumen. You have profound experience in data-driven marketing as well as media channels (bought, earned, owned). You have fundamental knowledge in bought, earned and owned media and precision marketing as well as integrated steering of campaigns, ideally in the FMCG-sector. You have a track record in change management. Thanks to your openness and team orientation, you possess or develop a feeling for the needs of those responsible at our affiliate companies abroad and other relevant stakeholders. You have an optimistic, inspiring manner and also the ability to prevail. You possess a very good command of English. A willingness to travel internationally is a prerequisite.
