Full P&L - responsibility for the entire business in the United States
Provide positive and dynamic leadership to the team (approx. 25-30 employees)
Development of overall company strategy laying foundation for growth in existing and new markets
Responsible for accompanying the transformation process of the local assembly into a modern production facility
Implementing efficient business processes
Annual budget, resource, and investment planning
Direct reporting to the German HQ
Engineering-degree or commercial studies with further technical education
Several years of management experience in a production environment
Good knowledge in the field of machine building or engineered, make-to-order-products
Experience in the areas of operations, supply chain, engineering; sales would be a plus
Entrepreneurial, result-driven personality with conceptual strength
Trustworthy person living in close proximity to Charlotte/ North Carolina or willingness to relocate
Fluent in English
