Amongst their customers, they count 40% of Fortune 500 companies. They operate an open core business model and serve a developer community with more than 150,000 members. The company is rebuilding their Marketing organization and they are hiring a Head of Marketing Automation / Growth (m/w/d) to join their Turku (Finland) or Berlin (Germany) office. Your tasks Building an effective team and operational excellence Leading a team of 4 people initially Grow and develop a world-class Growth team Driving sales enablement and inbound lead generation, through the strategic creation of collateral Create collateral and content that enables sales to more effectively close deals Optimize the marketing funnel to attract customers with a focus on lead generation and online sales Work closely with demand-gen, sales and customer success teams to ensure a consistent customer experience across marketing and sales Building growth models Developing experimentation models Building customer acquisition channels Your profile Must: Experience working in a data-driven organization Experience leading a team - at least 3 years B2B digital product or service sales Led and grown a Growth team Has been part of a company that has grown significantly Should: Has driven change in the organization towards more data-driven ways of working Experience working in a developer market Has driven growth - indicative: 5M to 50M growth spurt Has worked at company 50-250 ppl Experience optimizing online sales channels Can: Experience working in an open-core or freemium business model Developer background Sales experience Personality: Eager to be involved and active as a member of the team High energy / Can do attitude Able to break through organization boundaries /Able to develop working models across teams Creative problem solving, hands-on approach Driven by business impact more than creative solutions Key skills and knowledge: Team leadership and development Creating high performing teams Advertisement Conversion Rate Optimization Marketing automation Lead scoring SEO Content strategy and creation Jetzt bewerben
