You will be located in Mainz and report to the Head of Technology Integration Management, starting asap. Overall, you are responsible for projects in Germany and abroad for our Business Unit, so flexibility and mobility is mandatory. . Your Tasks You support projects by evaluating project plans and assessing new processes for industrialization projects You implement project management methods to provide a structured project approach You develop, document and present project results, prepare decision-making points and, upon project completion, evaluate the achievement of objectives You relieve the project management of the administration and organization of projects by updating milestones, monitoring budgets, developing decision templates and checking resource requirements You implement the requirements of the environmental health and safety protection system, as well as monitor compliance with legal and company regulations Your Profile Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering, industrial engineering or similar 1-2 years of professional experience in project management, project implementation and systematic problem solving First practical experience in an industrial production environment with process development/optimization High affinity to process engineering processes in the area of construction infrastructure for supplying production facilities First experience in leading and managing non-disciplinary colleagues Project management/methodological competence (e.g. MTA, earned value, project planning) Very good command of English is mandatory, German is a plus Persuasive communication and presentation skills Your Benefits At SCHOTT, you will enjoy our journey towards growth in cross-functional teams.
