Senior Scientist Material Science (m/f/d)
You develop new ceramic materials and products that are essential to produce semiconductors and accompany the development from the feasibility study to the introduction of volume production.
You are responsible for the further development of processes in the field of coating (e.g. CVD, ALD or PVD)
You will be an active member of development projects. Your tasks include project planning, regular monitoring and controlling project costs.
You will document your development results in the form of reports, presentations, and publications in German or English.
Successfully completed a master's degree in materials science, physics, chemistry or engineering. Ideally, you have a doctorate in your field
Several years of professional experience in the application or development of coating technologies such as CVD, ALD or PVD
Good knowledge of the properties, processing and determination of ceramic materials
Well-versed in the application of agile project management and a strong customer and start-up mentality
Business fluent in written and spoken English and speak good German
