Digital Product Manager (m/f/d)
As Digital Product Manager you understand in-depth the HR strategy, translate the required digital product vision, and shape the digital product portfolio and roadmap by taking strategic decisions. You will take ownership for the digital product portfolio (among others: SAP SuccessFactors) in the HR dimension and put our internal and external customers into the center of your work, to improve our digital services continuously. You act as interface in our organization (our department 'People and Culture, International, our multinational organization, the IT team), clarifying users' needs, prioritizing own backlogs to co-create smart solutions You drive change in our organization, act as role model for digital transformation and work in agile projects in a cross-functional team. You are responsible for maximizing user adoption and user-experience within our digital product portfolio and underlying process- as well as data model. With your team, you plan the respective product deployment strategy, strive for standardization and harmonization of HR data language and HR ecosystem. Participating in networking, discussion forums and conferences for external impulses as well as for HR digitalization and innovation trends is also your responsibility.
You have completed a M.A. or M.Sc. in the business, economy, HR, marketing or interdisciplinary study field in the digital domain successfully. You have already gained experiences in agile project management and you are digital native or affine with experiences in data analytics. International mindset and experience as well as networking skills and a strategic thinking are a matter of course for you. Moreover, you convince your environment by an entrepreneurial and change management mindset. You have a sound understanding of data management, data processing frameworks and dataflows as well as people management and steering /reporting mechanisms. You feel comfortable working with a degree of uncertainty or unfamiliar topics by keeping focus and find it entertaining to learn and explore opportunities. An additional plus would be experience in SAP SuccessFactors and / or other digital HR applications Good knowledge of the common Microsoft collaboration and communication tools as well as a very good command of English and a good command of German in written and spoken language round off your profile.
