The product portfolio focuses primarily on haemophilia, inflammation, genetic and metabolic disorders. Furthermore the company is a pioneer in biotechnology with world-class capabilities in protein biochemistry and biologics manufacturing. We are searching as soon as possible for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) Medical Affairs Standort: Greater Munich area Your tasks Coordination of the projects of the Medical Affairs team (support in planning, implementation and execution of medical projects) Keeping track of the department finances (support budgeting and managing of expenses) Direct and personal correspondence with clients: build up trustful relationship Documentation and organization of internal processes Adaptation and creation of presentations Support event-management/-organization Adaptation of DACH Medical Material close interaction with DACH Medical Team Support of Medical Director for planning strategy, supervising goals and KPIs, reporting. Assist in securing compliance Administration responsibilities to secure a smooth work space Organizing of new projects and adapting of existing projects Your qualifications Educational background in natural sciences gained during studies or professional training First experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or related area (e.g. Clinical Research Organisations) in a medical scientific and project driven environment is mandatory Experience in project management Experience in a position with customer contact is a plus Demonstrated ability to work independently and a «hands on» practical delivery of projects Experience in office management, cross-functional alignment and working with agencies Good communication skills, both oral and written communication Basic knowledge of financial bookings Knowledge of Compliance in pharmaceutical industry Team work, Communicative, Engaged, Compassionate Fluency in written and spoken German & English Computer skills (MS Office programs) Self-starter, positive thinker, excellent social skills Jetzt bewerben
