Technical Sales Consultant - Vertriebsmitarbeiter / Technischer Kundenberater im Innendienst (m/w/d)
The Technical Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining and managing a specific sales territory within the DACH region. You will be responsible for implementing a sales strategy that will allow you to meet and exceed sales, gross profit and unit goals, whilst also providing service and technical support to customers on a regular and ongoing basis. Selling Chromatography consumables, and providing Technical Support, Customer Service and Troubleshooting to your customer base. Identifying new prospective buyers within your territory, and originating communication with customers via phone and email. Arranging Customer face to face meetings, product/training presentations and attending conferences Managing your assigned territory as if it were your own business, ensuring the territory meets sales, profit, and unit goals. Developing relationships with new and existing customers. Developing business plans, market analysis, and sales strategies for assigned territory. Consistently maintaining a positive attitude, being a team player, striving to learn and contributing to company culture.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or any Life Science Previous sales experience Laboratory experience is advantageous. Analytical thinking and able to confidently present ideas Knowledge of chromatography Strong organizational skills, ability to plan and assign resources in a detailed fashion Motivation and desire to be successful with a «can do» approach Strong communication skills Personable phone manner and maintain a professional appearance Valid driver's license is required.
