Act as the link between the IT department and our entities to ensure alignment with business objectives Support the implementation of the Group Solution in our branches; organize workshops as needed to facilitate adoption Analyze branch-specific needs by working closely with local teams, assessing how the group solution can be adapted or optimized for each location Conduct and coordinate user testing to ensure the solutions meet business requirements Facilitate change management efforts to prepare stakeholders for new processes and provide post-go-live support, gathering feedback and addressing issues as needed
