Portfolio Marketing Expert (f/m/d)
Aufgaben:
Coordinating go-to-market activities in collaboration with global business units and sales teams, including developing and maintaining marketing and sales collateral
Developing value propositions and communication concepts for the successful market positioning of the portfolio
Defining and implementing marketing tactics in line with corporate goals, revenue growth and customer retention, as well as creating comprehensive portfolio overviews
Creating and implementing annual marketing plans in line with business objectives and managing and controlling the marketing budget
Generating and following up on marketing leads along the sales pipeline in Salesforce
Representing the portfolio at international events and supporting sales in generating leads
Tracking marketing KPIs across all touchpoints, initiating corrective action, and conducting customer journey and persona interviews
Ensuring brand and design guidelines are met, as well as operational marketing tasks such as content management, SEO and event organization
Qualifikationen:
Completed education (University or University of Applied Sciences) with a focus in the field of marketing management, business administration with marketing or a related field
Expertise in key technological areas such as industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or electrical engineering
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in product or portfolio marketing, as well as in the development of go-to-market strategies in an industrial B2B company
Strong communication skills in interface management and intercultural cooperation
Proficient in using marketing technology tools (Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Solutions)
Proactive, self-organized and results-oriented approach to work
Business fluent knowledge in English, very good knowledge in German
Willingness to travel 5 to 10 percent (worldwide)
