In your role as a CSM you are responsible to ensure agreed software service level agreements for our different banking and retail customers. You take care that our support and maintenance service is delivered in the defined quality and take action when needed. To ensure customer satisfaction you are daily monitoring and controlling internal services and systems for multiple customer accounts. This role requires working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams like Account Manager and Global Delivery Centers. You are end-to-end responsible for the success of selected Diebold Nixdorf software support engagements through the entire life-cycle.

Your Profile You completed your technical studies, economics studies or a related field of study successfully. Minimum of 2 years experience in service delivery/sales and service management for customers. You have strong knowledge of service delivery IT industry as well as deep knowledge about existing DN banking and retail portfolio. You work independently, customer- and target-oriented and with a high sense of analytical thinking. Besides, you show the willingness to travel internationally.
