Responsible for Enterprise end user sales in a direct touch model (in partnership with Channel, Reseller and Distribution partners) to both new (25%) and existing customers (75%) Developing relationships with decision makers and individuals within a specified geographically defined territory (NRW) to drive new business Responsible for creating focused territory plans to nurture and develop opportunities to drive your revenue targets Acting as the primary sales contact for those Enterprise customers/partners representing the company Developing key strategies to create strong virtual team/resources to maximise sales within the assigned territory Engage effectively with other areas of the business: Technical Sales, Channel, Inside Sales, Sales Operations and Marketing Actively build a strong network of contacts within partner companies Identifies and qualifies opportunities against a tried and tested sales process Accountable for meeting assigned Sales Quota

Self-starter with the desire and motivation to progress Strong achievement in exceeding quota and consistent over performance in New Business sales Successful experience of growing Enterprise customer relationships An excellent communicator, ability to interact at senior levels internally and with external organisations Previous experience of working within a high tech IT/Software related business environment Knowledge of the industry and designated region/market Understanding and knowledge of Channel / Distributors Knowledge and experience of Oracle CRM would be ideal!
