Ensure receipt of incoming phone calls to the FLOCERT Customer Service Desk and switchboard Provide general information to FLOCERT customers and stakeholders Message taking and distribution of incoming requests Conduct follow up tasks (phone, email) with respective customers to ensure customer satisfaction (after survey feedback, complaints etc.) Respond to incoming email communication and assume regular outbound communication Support marketing / project driven campaigns with outbound communication (phone, email) Handle standard service requests of FLOCERT customers and stakeholders Update and maintain customer related information in FLOCERT systems
IHK apprenticeship or other vocational training or equivalent relevant training on the job Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service, -care or -support function Fluency in English, both verbal and written Fluency in French, both verbal and written Confident command of PC device (keyboard and mouse) and applications (e.g., MS Office products) Ease in communication via diverse communication channels: phone, email, etc. Clear, simple, and positive communication style Simultaneous conversation and writing ability Readiness to cope with extensive conversation time and phases of high request volume Ability to work focused on rapidly changing topics Customer service awareness Reliable, disciplined, and punctual personality Precise and efficient work style Good knowledge in any of the following languages would be an asset: Portuguese or Spanish Experience in dealing with different cultures would be appreciated Any prior involvement in training activities or marketing campaigns is a plus Prior training in communication technics would support your application Motivation for Fairtrade and sustainability topics
