In this high-profile role, you will be in charge of creating competitive advantage for Dräxlmaier as the Head of Purchasing Electronics. The role will require deep industry know-how from a global network and an understanding of best-in-class commercial strategies specific to the commodity. You will establish and execute a robust and ambitious commodity strategy in close alignment with key business stakeholders in the functions and in the segments. Leadership of the commodity buying team Develop and execute robust global commodity strategies that enable best-in-class commodity performance Develop and implement short-, medium and long-term category planning to execute the strategies across all business segments Establish and maintain a strategic supplier panel and continuously optimize performance and capabilities Advance the strategic supplier relationship management and ensure cross-functional stakeholder management

The commodity covers all business segments globally and is significantly exposed to Dräxlmaier's expansion into the future of mobility. The position reports into the Vice President Purchasing Battery & Components. The role will require deep industry know-how from a global network and an understanding of best-in-class commercial strategies specific to the commodity. You will establish and execute a robust and ambitious commodity strategy in close alignment with key business stakeholders in the functions and in the segments.
