Project Manager Process Management & Digitalization* Purchasing at SCHOTT is a global function with many internal and external interfaces. As a Project Manager for Process Management & Digitalization, you have the chance to drive process optimization activities worldwide. For this position, we are seeking a person with a strong interest in analysis, improvement and automation of business processes and who wants to join our worldwide community to manage the process- and system-related challenges faced by the SCHOTT Process Management team and our business partners. Your Tasks Manage initiatives in the areas of process management and process mining as well as of corporate and digitalization projects Optimize and automate end-to-end processes using new technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence) Develop process key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards for effective and efficient control of the process landscape in the Celonis tool Celonis key user for internal purchasing users, as well as Interface to IT and other departments to establish best practice exchange Drive 'Master Data Management Project' on a corporate level Initiate and manage projects to realize process efficiency and optimize process interfaces Establish strong Collaboration with Purchasing teams worldwide as well as other departments (e.g. Digital Acceleration, Finance, Supply Chain) Prepare and lead on-site workshops and trainings in different countries, consideration best practice sharing Your Profile Master degree in business administration, engineering or computer science 2-3 years working experience in a comparable position Project management know-how Experience in new technologies (Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence) Very good knowledge in SAP MM and process management tool box (Celonis, Signavio, e-Procurment systems etc.) Distinct presentation, communication and networking skills High degree of self-motivation, passion for innovation and the ability to cha(lle)nge the status quo Extensive knowledge on end-to-end processes and good understanding of master data management Strong stakeholder management skills on all levels and robust analytical skills Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team Fluency in English and German, further languages beneficial Ability and willingness to travel  Your Benefits Motivated and committed employees are essential to the success of our company. We offer you a career with variety and creative freedom in a cooperative work environment.
