Scientist / Process Developer Hot Forming* To strengthen our Research & Development Team, we are looking for a Scientist / Process Developer Hot Forming* at our headquarters in Mainz. Your Tasks Development of new process approaches and optimization of existing methods of hot forming as well as other thermal processes Planning of process development as well as implementation and integration of processes in cooperation with our Production, Engineering or Technical Services Conducting challenging projects with responsibility for results, budget and the project team Consulting and support of the production areas in case of manufacturing or quality problems concerning hot forming and thermal processes Your Profile University degree in Physics, Process Engineering or comparable discipline with a strong quantitative focus, preferably with PhD Several years of experience in the field of thermal processes or process-related data analysis, measurement and control technology or intelligent data processing Excellent analytical and statistical skills Ideally experience in project management, preferably in an industrial environment Good conceptual skills, curiosity and interest in solving challenging problems, friendly and confident manners, ability to make decisions and excellent communication skills Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken), knowledge of other languages is a plus Willingness to travel abroad Your Benefits Motivated and committed employees are essential to the success of our company. We offer you a career with variety and creative freedom in a cooperative work environment.
