End User Services Engineer (f­­/­­m­­/­­d)

Lead the process to understand, plan, and implement solutions for end user devices and services​ Work as part of a team focused on defining and implementing technical requirements and solutions to address CureVac goals and objectives by enabling end users to work with digital products and services​ Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for end user devices, applications, and network connectivity​ Develop practices and processes to efficiently install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and peripherals for end users​ Seek balance between user experience, governance, and operational efficiency to deliver high quality solutions for the company Document and update IT processes, procedures, and knowledge base​ Collaborate with senior engineers and vendors to find solutions for complex issues
