Engineer Lead (m/w/d)

As an Engineer Lead (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in leading and guiding our team of developers towards achieving our organizational goals. You will be responsible for overseeing the development resources, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance and efficient work environment. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers within the Development Chapter Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to guide the team in making informed technical decisions Create and implement career development plans for individual engineers within the chapter. Support their growth by identifying training needs, providing learning opportunities, and facilitating skill development initiatives Regularly assess and provide feedback on performance and progress Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the Chapter. Facilitate regular knowledge sharing sessions, technical talks, and workshops to enhance the expertise of the team Collaborate with other Chapter Leads and Squad Leads to define the strategic direction of the Development Chapter Contribute to the development of long-term plans, goals, and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and growth
