What will you be doing as Group HRIS Expert?
- Responsible for the administration, configuration, and optimization of our SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically in the areas of Time Management, Workforce Planning, Employee central and Compensation
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the system meets organizational needs and supports strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead HRIS projects and drive forward the Implementation of HR systems
- Train end-users and provide guidance on HRIS processes, best practices, and system features
Who are you?
- HRIS expert with 3-5 years of work experience
- Knowledge and experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee central, Compensation, Time tracking, WFM solutions, Time & Attendance management, Absence management), Open Text, ATOSS, Predictive Index
- Good understanding of HR processes and systems
- Experience with Power BI and HR system Integrations (a plus)
- Experience In vendor selection
- Project Management & Relationship management
- Effective communication skills for engaging with both internal and external stakeholders in a diverse, multinational environment.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset
- Fluent In English and German (written and spoken)
