IT Project & Governance Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Review and enhance IT project management standards to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with governance frameworks, security policies, and regulatory requirements
Support IT project teams in applying tailored project methodologies and promote knowledge sharing through targeted training and effective coaching
Actively lead and manage IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to completion
Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio aligned with strategic IT and organizational goals
Ensure effective resource planning and allocation across the entire IT project portfolio
Qualifikationen:
Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of Project Management, Project Governance, and Project Portfolio Management
Strong experience with project (portfolio) management tools and (agile) project methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Team-oriented personality with an independent and precise working style
Fluent in English, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
