Mechatronics Hardware Engineer (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) for Thermal and Wiring System Design

As a part of the Hardware Development team you develop innovative cooling and wiring designs Develop, simulate, and evaluate board-level cooling components such as heatsinks, heatpipes, and thermal interface materials to boost the performance of high-power instruments Perform heat transfer simulations for complex electrical components and PCBs Design, simulate, and assess high-density wiring systems capable of handling high currents or high voltages Build and test lab prototypes, including conducting detailed characterization measurements Work closely with contract manufacturers and supply chain on rollout and support
