As part of the global transformation in Operations, you will capture the needs of business users, prioritize and establish the business design foundations. For Global BPR/DX program: Collect and identify the business needs on the topics around global BPR and DX together with business owners. Responsible for breaking down business needs to the design of TO-BE business states with digitalization using a baseline design thinking and customer journey map Collaborating with program managers and stakeholders to identify the business priorities. Design the business architecture which enable the execution of business strategies along with mid-term company goal. Collaborate with leaders, managers, and change management experts on upskilling requirements for the organization and develop required program and curriculum Mentor business leaders on the required organizational development For BPR projects: Lead and facilitate the requirement collection and management for projects together with business users, subject matter experts, and project managers. Develop requirement management methodology. Collaborate with project managers and members to create user stories in business users' current and target states. Also lead the documentation for them. Collaborating with business owners, users and project managers, responsible for prioritization on BPR projects Work with business, process, data, and solution experts across the global team to develop a sustainable agile operating model that serves global goals as well as local needs Key Deliverables Holistic Advantest Business Architecture design, business flow and it's document which leads to the realization of Advantest mid-term plan and related BU strategies with BPR/DX as a driver. KPI Each BPR/DX project meets their efficiency gain KPIs, and as a result enable to scale up 2X Advantest business.
