Sales and Service Manager in the area of Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
In our EMEA Area organization, to lead sales in our Energy, Recovery and Environmental Services (ERE) product portfolio inside DACH and BENELUX countries. You will be responsible to lead and develop your own sales cases. You will have a skilled sales and project execution team to support your success. You have the option to work fully remotely or alternatively fully/partly in one of our German offices. You will lead the Western European sales projects in this position. Therefore, this position requires deep technological understanding and passion to be a partner for customers and therefore enabling high customer satisfaction from energy, pulp & paper and process customers. Lead service sales and proposal activities - both commercial and technological - for DACH and BENELUX customers and cooperate with internal / external stakeholders to secure satisfied customers Pursue high customer satisfaction by developing technology solutions, concepts and agreements that bring added-value for our customer Develop sales leads for service and capital team - plan with customers the service and maintenance activities for their power plant / recovery island as well as support new greenfield investments planning together with capital sales manager Collaboration with our project execution and site operation teams - clarifying the execution and erection concept for shutdown / upgrade works Support the development and execution of our capital sales within our product portfolio (ERE) Participate in capital to service projects - support in resolving warranty topics
Qualifikationen:
Ideally M.Sc. / B.Sc. in energy, pulping, chemical or process engineering Sales management skills - experience in managing sales, key account and agreement management Good negotiation and presentation skills - experience in B2B contracts and finalizing deals Great problem-solving skills - analytically and technologically Ability to network, build relationships and create trust Financials skills - good understanding of investment drivers and their impact on payback period Ideally industry knowledge and network - Excellent understanding of Energy and Pulp industries, technologies, and market including existing customer network in DACH and BENELUX Willingness to travel - meet customers regularly and participate in inspections and (un)planned outage works Strong communication skills in German and English, French and Dutch are an asset
