Senior Project Manager (m­­/­­f­­/­­d) Innovation

Master's degree in natural science, mathematics, informatics, or engineering, ideally with a PhD, and certification in Project Management (e. g., PMP or equivalent) Extensive knowledge and practical application of project management tools, processes, and best practices across multiple methodologies Proven experience in building strong teams, fostering cross-functional relationships, and effectively interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders including customers, executives, and subject matter experts Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information to various levels of collaborators, including customers and stakeholders Demonstrated competence in completing projects according to established scope, budget, and timelines, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Extensive experience in guiding teams through risk assessment and mitigation activities, establishing strong ownership of the full project life cycle from initiation to deployment Strong knowledge of finance fundamentals as related to projects and fluency in spoken and written business English and German
