Aufgaben:
As a Senior Recruiter, you will focus on recruiting top-tier talent for various roles within their cybersecurity SaaS environment. You will also be dedicated to onboarding new hires and supporting their career development. Your expertise will be vital in attracting, hiring, and nurturing talent to ensure a successful journey. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical roles in cybersecurity. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft compelling job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process. Utilize diverse recruitment channels and tools to build a robust talent pipeline. Analyze recruitment metrics to improve strategies and processes. Design and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new hires smoothly. Collaborate with team leads to facilitate continuous career development and growth opportunities for employees. Provide guidance and support to new hires as they transition into their roles.
Qualifikationen:
5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the cybersecurity or tech industry. Strong understanding of cybersecurity roles and the SaaS landscape. Proven ability to attract and engage top talent through innovative sourcing strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in onboarding and talent development is a plus. Good communication skills in German and English.
