Ihre Aufgaben:
Conduct state-of-the-art research into the molecular underpinnings of mental health conditions and work as part of DYNAMIC and several ongoing European research collaborations combining basic research with clinical applications. Develop novel analytical frameworks for integrating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data with genetic transcriptomic data to enhance network-based approaches for stratifying mental health conditions. Apply techniques to existing and newly acquired large-scale cohorts (clinical and non-clinical) to stratify mental health conditions for personalized medicine approaches.
Das bringen Sie mit:
Master's degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or Computational Neuroscience with an interest in big data analytics. Strong programming skills in R, C++, Python, or MATLAB. The ideal candidate has knowledge in (i) machine learning, (ii) MRI data analysis, and/or (iii) expertise in conducting genetic analyses; e.g., Genome-Wide Association Studies (GWAS) Due to legal regulations, valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required.
