Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred Proven experience in project risk management, with a track record of successfully mitigating project risks; within the semiconductor or related industry with a focus on R&D projects preferred Strong understanding of R&D processes and project management methodologies & their application in technical environments Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and proactive problem-solving with a focus on driving solutions Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical risks to non-technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Proficiency in project management tools and software
