Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Neuroimaging

The successful applicant will be involved in the transregional collaborative research grant (TRR 379) «Neurobiology of Aggression - a Transdiagnostic Approach in Mental Health Disorders», funded by the DFG. Conduct state-of-the-art research into the molecular underpinnings of aggression in mental health conditions and work As part of the DFG-funded TRR 379 on Aggression in Mental Health Conditions ( https://www.trr379.de ) combining basic research with clinical applications. Develop novel analytical frameworks for integrating Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data with genetic and transcriptomic data to stratify mental health conditions. Disseminate resulting software for use within the wider scientific community. Apply these novel analytical techniques to existing large-scale imaging genetics cohorts (clinical and non-clinical). Teaching and supervision activities, knowledge dissemination, and publication of results in international peer-reviewed scientific journals.
