Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Analyze financial data and key performance indicators to identify trends, highlight potential risks, and recommend actionable strategies. Prepare regular sales reports, including but not limited to sales forecasts, revenue projections, and market analysis. Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets, identifying areas of improvement and recommending corrective actions. Assist in the development and implementation of sales performance metrics and KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives.
