Aufgaben:
Advantest has embarked on a digital transformation journey, which is a key enabler for our continuous business growth. The current focus is on the Supply Chain, Quote to Cash and Human Capital process digitalization. Your contribution to our change journey: Develop and implement robust global change management strategies to achieve organizational goals. Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by the project managers for each project Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees globally, recommending solutions as needed Lead stakeholder analysis and Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in Develop change impact assessment and training needs analysis. Implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale
Qualifikationen:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives during company wide transformations Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale Knowledge and Implementation of change frameworks such as Prosci / Adkar / McKinsey 7s
